The monthly taskmaster delivers a subject based project each month following subscription featuring tools and information focused on a crucial development area. Each one is designed to encourage you to focus on the area to improve your business and is specifically tailored to established businesses.

Month one features Process Analysis - investigating the working practices of the business including customer satisfaction, staff motivation, production or service efficiency, market share and position.
